I have always loved music. Growing up in a Navy family, I was able to experience many different musical traditions in various parishes. Singing in the choir became a constant in my life, from grade school all the way through college and into the present. During my sophomore year of high school, I also started cantoring at Mass. This experience led me to pursue a minor in music at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

During college, I served as the music director at the UNL Newman Center for three years. This opportunity allowed me to delve deeper into the beauty and tradition of sacred music in the Catholic Church, and during this time I began singing for weddings as well. After graduating in 2016, I became the choir director, and eventually liturgy director, and wedding music coordinator at my current parish, where I served for five years. Now, I continue to serve as a cantor in my parish and seek out opportunities to participate in special sacred music performances within my community.

In January 2018, I started my wedding music business. My goal was to use my talents to glorify God and assist Catholic couples in understanding and experiencing the profound beauty of the Mass, specifically during their wedding ceremony. The constant pursuit of knowledge and growth inspires me; whether it’s learning about new aspects of the liturgy and sacred music, or acquiring new musical and technical skills, I constantly strive to expand my expertise. This allows me to be more creative in assisting couples to bring their wedding music dreams to life in a way that magnifies God’s glory. Music is a powerful tool for spiritual transformation, and I am humbled to play a role in helping others encounter God’s beauty through sacred music.
