Simply Sacred Events is dedicated to helping Catholic couples retain joy and reduce stress on their wedding day. We formed in 2018 as Something Blue, the first event planning company dedicated solely to Catholic weddings (after all, that’s what we know and love best). Before starting our business, we worked for the gorgeous and historic Sacred Heart Church in downtown Indianapolis, where we collaborated on over 70 wedding ceremonies. We have a deep understanding of Catholic liturgy and traditions, which gives us the ability to help couples create the most beautiful and cohesive ceremony possible, followed by a sensational reception! At the end of 2021, we changed our name to Simply Sacred, to pay tribute to the church where we started our journey, and to reflect the ideals we want our couples to prioritize; having a sacred wedding day filled with simple joy!

A wedding coordinator is both a stress reliever and a safety net! We’re there to keep everything managed and provide relief in the event that something goes wrong. We can assist with planning, we create timelines, stay in contact with your vendors, make sure your mom is remembering to drink water, pin boutonnieres on groomsmen, style your décor, and a thousand other tiny things that leave you free to focus on what’s really important: entering into the Sacrament of Marriage with your fiancé. We offer different levels of design, planning, and coordination, along with customizing our services to fit your specific needs.
